CWO- 047236 was sent to Department of Public Safety (DPS) 11/27/2023 reply - Leslie Collins incident # 6561 This is an active construction site and there may be periodic outages. Is the door working now? The CWO was sent back to DPS door worked for a while and than stopped. I did not receive any more response until a new CWO was created for the same work to be done 12/7/2023 - CWO-047289. On 12/8/2023 DPS Precious Bedford sent resolved incident #6735- REL is fixed 11th floor, the reader was bad and replaced. See CWO- 047236 and CWO-047289.
